Muhammad Abdullah has been appointed as Human Resources Generalist at Integra Solutions, marking an important step forward in his growing career in talent acquisition and human resource management.

With more than 4 yeasr of hands on experience in recruitment and HR operations, Abdullah has developed strong expertise in technical, non technical, and healthcare hiring. His experience spans strategic sourcing, employer branding, onboarding, and employee engagement, enabling organizations to build strong, high performing teams.

Prior to this role, he served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Exponere Billing, LLC, where he led end to end recruitment initiatives and significantly improved hiring efficiency. Through proactive sourcing strategies and structured recruitment processes, he successfully reduced the average time to hire while maintaining a high offer acceptance rate and strengthening the company’s employer brand.
