Muhammad Azmat Appointed as External Examiner at Lancaster University Management School
Muhammad Azmat has taken on a new role as External Examiner at Lancaster University Management School, adding to his distinguished career as Assistant Professor and Programme Director at Aston University.
With a PhD in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), and credentials including the Oxford Leadership Program and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Dr. Azmat is renowned for his expertise in innovative transport solutions, Logistics 4.0, Mobility 4.0, and humanitarian supply chains.
His work spans international research collaborations with organizations such as the Federal Procurement Agency of Austria, ASFINAG, AISCAT, Brisa, IBTTA, and the Kühne Foundation, delivering actionable insights on the impact of disruptive technologies like electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, drone technology, IoT, blockchain, and big data analytics on business and humanitarian operations.
