Muhammad Fahad Butt has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Resource & Capacity Management (UK US EMEA) at Systems Limited, recognizing his extensive leadership in global operations, consulting practice management, and strategic resource optimization.

With over 12 years of experience spanning project management, financial governance, business operations, and agile delivery, Fahad has consistently driven operational excellence across complex, multi-regional environments. In his previous role as Senior Managing Consultant – Resource & Practice Management within the Data Analytics and AI function, he led large-scale resource forecasting, capacity planning, billing governance, and process transformation initiatives aligned with strategic growth objectives.

Before rejoining Systems Limited, he held senior leadership roles at Kyndryl and IBM, where he managed domestic account portfolios, business controls, project governance frameworks, and financial oversight for multimillion-dollar programs. His cross-functional experience across PMO, quality assurance, financial control, and business continuity has positioned him as a well-rounded operations leader.

Holding a background in Computer Engineering from Bahria University and formal education in Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, Fahad combines technical depth with strategic execution to lead high-performing, globally aligned teams.
