Muhammad Talha Bin Rashid has been appointed as Regional Head SME at UBL – United Bank Limited, marking a significant advancement in his banking career. With a strong track record in SME banking, credit analysis, and trade finance, he brings extensive expertise in driving portfolio growth and building high value client relationships.

Prior to this role, he served at HBL in multiple progressive positions, most recently as Channel Sales Manager for SME Program Lending, where he focused on expanding collateral free lending portfolios while maintaining strong risk discipline and compliance standards. His leadership as Team Leader in SME Small Business Finance further highlights his ability to manage large portfolios, develop strategic client relationships, and deliver sustainable growth.

His earlier experience across JS Bank and Summit Bank Limited strengthened his foundation in credit structuring, trade operations, and financial analysis.

With a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Karachi University, Talha combines analytical expertise with strategic vision to drive SME business growth and contribute to Pakistan’s evolving banking sector.
