Previously, Rasheed contributed as HR Specialist at Stark Innovative BPO, where he led recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and enhance workplace culture. His role as HR Executive at Prima Systems further honed his expertise in HR process automation, KPI tracking, conflict resolution, and compliance management.
