Munazza Shoaib has taken on a new leadership role as Group General Manager, Center of Excellence at Engro Group.

With over a decade of diverse HR experience across leading multinationals, she has consistently driven strategic initiatives in people and culture, organizational design, and total rewards. At Engro Group, Munazza now leads the Center of Excellence portfolio, overseeing talent management, capability development, culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and total rewards at the group level.
