Nadia Ishtiaq Promoted to Head Corporate and Investment Banking at Pak Oman Investment Company

Nadia Ishtiaq has advanced to the role of Head Corporate and Investment Banking at Pak Oman Investment Company, reflecting her extensive leadership in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets. A seasoned banker and Certified Independent Director, she brings a strong track record of driving complex financial transactions and strategic growth initiatives.

In her previous role as EVP, Head of Investment Banking and Private Equity, she led high impact deals, advisory mandates, and syndication initiatives, contributing to business expansion and market positioning. Her experience spans senior leadership roles at KTrade, Unity Foods Limited, and MCB Bank, where she played a pivotal role in corporate banking, investment advisory, and capital market operations.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Nadia has contributed to the financial ecosystem as a Member of the PSX Listing Committee and continues to serve as an Independent Director at Symmetry Group. In her new role, she will lead strategic corporate and investment banking initiatives, further strengthening the institution’s market presence.
