Rana Muhammad Younas Joins NBP as Operations Manager

Rana Muhammad Younas has embarked on a new chapter as Operations Manager at National Bank of Pakistan (Islamic Banking Group).

With more than 13 years of diverse experience in banking and corporate operations, he brings proven expertise in general administration, customer experience, security, sales, branchless banking, credit, accounts reconciliation, audit, and complaints handling.

Before this appointment, Younas held leadership roles at Mobilink Bank Microfinance Bank (MMBL), MCB Bank Limited, and HBL, where he consistently delivered operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. His career is marked by achievements such as driving deposit growth, earning audit excellence ratings, and developing strong, service-focused teams.

Beyond banking, he also gained valuable exposure in logistics and procurement, managing large-scale projects for clients including Honda, Tetra Pak, Pak Electron, and multiple government initiatives.
