Rubab Khan Appointed as HR Manager at Octane

Rubab Khan has stepped into the role of HR Manager at Octane 8, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. A BS Psychology graduate from Air University, she brings a strong academic foundation and a people centric approach to human resource management.

In her current role, she leads end to end HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. By partnering closely with leadership, she contributes to building a high performance culture grounded in compliance, confidentiality, and a seamless employee experience.

Her earlier internships at PAC Hospital Kamra strengthened her expertise in psychological assessments, multidisciplinary collaboration, and behavioral support strategies, adding depth to her understanding of employee well being and organizational dynamics.
