Available Positions

  1. Digital Channels Agent (Customer Care)
    Location: Lahore
    Deadline: January 26, 2026



Role Brief:

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions via social and digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.)

Build sustainable customer relationships and go the extra mile to enhance engagement

Strengthen product knowledge to improve first-call resolution rates

Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Adhere to company behaviors, compliance policies, and brand integrity standards



Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute

1–2 years of experience as a Customer Support Agent

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset

Digital channels understanding and best practices knowledge

Proactive, self-driven, and excellent communication skills

  1. Business Support Assistant
    Location: Lahore
    Deadline: January 27, 2026



Role Brief:

Own and manage leadership calendars, meetings, and priorities

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items

Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders

Prepare presentations, reports, and commercial updates

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and ad-hoc projects

Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups across departments



Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership

Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

High level of professionalism, maturity, and business etiquette

Understanding of fashion retail industry trends is a plus
