Before joining Getz Pharma, Shaban served as Director Marketing and Sales at Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Limited for over 3 years, where he delivered strategic portfolio expansion and improved nationwide commercial performance. His earlier tenure includes 9 years at CCL Pharmaceuticals as Business Manager, followed by key leadership roles at Himont Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd. as Sales Manager, where he played a central role in market development and sales acceleration.
