Available Positions
1. Assistant Channel Manager
Location: Peshawar, Pakistan
Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG Field Sales
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate growth of assigned channels (GT, Mart, Super Store, and Wholesale) through establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure tracking and execution of Retail and Wholesale Drives activities.
- Assist field sales team with channel program outlet selection and contract signups.
- Lead, plan, and evaluate all merchandising and trade activation tasks within assigned region(s).
- Track merchandising KPIs daily and highlight improvement areas.
- Lead and verify execution compliance including in-store display and POSM/branding.
- Track and identify inefficiencies in merchandising programs.
- Ensure POSM management including effective utilization and record-keeping of trade assets.
- Finalize performance results and store-wise incentive calculations.
- Monitor and analyze counterfeit and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

2. Area Sales Manager
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG Sales
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market penetration.
- Generate sales through a team of Territory Sales Managers.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Manage sales budget effectively ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Distribution Partners, and Trade Partners.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Control functions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Provide guidance to TSMs/DSFs daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

3. Territory Sales Manager
Multiple Locations: Khairpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Wah Cantt, Pakistan
Experience: 0–3 years in FMCG Sales
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Generate sales in the territory through a team of sales representatives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Provide guidance to DSFs daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Distribution Partners, and Trade Partners.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network.
