Shariq Latif Appointed as Program Manager – Learning & Development at HBL

Shariq Latif has taken on the role of Program Manager Learning & Development at HBL, bringing a strong consulting background and a future-focused approach to organizational capability building.

With over 4 years of experience in human capital consulting at KPMG, Shariq has worked across competency frameworks, total rewards transformation, performance management systems, executive search, and large-scale organizational realignments. His exposure spans banking and financial services, energy, manufacturing, oil and gas, and public sector enterprises, enabling him to design people strategies closely aligned with business objectives.

Currently pursuing an MSc in Global Human Resource Management alongside the CIPD Level 7 qualification, Shariq combines global HR perspectives with practical implementation expertise. He is also the author of The Next Second, reflecting his thought leadership on future of work themes, skill-based talent strategies, and building future-ready organizations.
