Shoaib Javed Hussain, CEO of State Life Insurance Appointed as Chairman of IFMP

Shoaib Javed Hussain has been appointed as Chairman of the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan, alongside his role as Chief Executive Officer of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan – Official.

With over two decades of global leadership experience across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia, he brings deep expertise in actuarial science, finance, audit, risk management, and strategic governance. His distinguished career includes senior roles at AIA Group, Prudential plc, EY, HSBC, and Milliman. A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK), Shoaib continues to contribute to strengthening financial markets, regulatory engagement, and institutional leadership in Pakistan.
