1. Senior Executive HR
Location: Federal B. Area, Karachi
Deadline: 10th December 2025
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably from the garment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
2-Prepare and maintain all EOBI/SESSI documentation.
3- Handle overtime reconciliation and monthly payroll execution.
4- Prepare audit and customer-required documentation.
5- Generate management reports and maintain exit dashboards.
2. Senior Merchandiser
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Deadline: 10th December 2025
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Textile Engineering/Textile Science or related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably from the garment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples with PD, design, and washing teams.
2- Ensure timely development of samples as per buyer requirements.
3- Prepare costing sheets, consumption, and pricing analysis.
4- Monitor production, wash developments, quality, and on-time deliveries.
5- Prepare weekly reports for management and buyers.
3. MTO-Product Developer
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Deadline: 10th December 2025
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering/Textile Science or related field.
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably from the garment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Oversee product development from concept to final approval.
2- Manage tech packs, specifications, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
3- Review fit, wash, stitching, and trims to ensure quality standards.
4- Research global denim trends, washes, finishes, and innovations.
