Syed Sheraz Masood – AIBP – ACB has stepped into a significant leadership role as General Manager at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., bringing with him more than 23 years of transformational experience in retail and Islamic banking across South and Balochistan.

Sheraz has built a strong reputation for converting strategies into measurable achievements. His expertise spans Trade, SME, Operations, and Islamic Banking, along with a deep understanding of consumer needs, market risk evaluation, and solution design. Over the years, he has consistently led high performing teams and delivered strong business results, earning multiple sales recognitions and international performance awards.

Before joining MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., he served as Regional Business Head at UBL Ameen, where he drove business expansion and strengthened branch performance. His leadership journey also includes key roles such as Senior Area Manager at Bank Alfalah Islamic, Area District Manager at UBL – United Bank Limited, and Vice President at UBL – United Bank Limited Limited. His long standing experience reflects his ability to manage diverse teams, enhance operational controls, and deliver sustained business growth.

Sheraz completed his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Hamdard University and later earned his Chartered Banker qualification from The Chartered Banker Institute, reinforcing his commitment to professional excellence.
