With over 16 years of diverse experience spanning human resources, payroll governance, organizational development, and data analytics, Umair has steadily progressed within the organization, previously serving as Assistant Manager and People Operations Specialist. His expertise in payroll oversight, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle management, and workforce analytics has played a pivotal role in strengthening internal HR frameworks and driving operational efficiency.

Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led initiatives around employee benefit fund management, separation and exit policy development, KPI and competency framework enhancement, and executive reporting.
