Zubair Anjum Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Curexa Highnoon

Zubair Anjum has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of Human Resources at Curexa Highnoon, bringing deep expertise in strategic HR business partnership, HR transformation, and talent and culture development.

With a career spanning HR digital transformation, operational excellence, and business-aligned people strategies, Zubair has consistently driven meaningful change by aligning human capital initiatives with organizational goals. His approach focuses on building high-performance cultures, leveraging HR technology, and enabling sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.

Prior to Curexa Highnoon, Zubair spent nearly 5 years at Fatima Group, serving as HR Business Partner across Manufacturing, Technology Division, and New Businesses. In this role, he led workforce planning, talent acquisition, international resource planning, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across diverse sectors including FinTech, AgriTech, and overseas EPC projects.

Zubair holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, equipping him with a strong technical and analytical foundation that complements his leadership in modern HR transformation.
