LuckyOne Mall, one of Pakistan’s premier lifestyle and retail destinations, is expanding its finance team and looking for talented professionals to join its Karachi operations. We are currently hiring for two key positions in billing and taxation.

Available Positions

1. Billing Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, record, and distribute monthly invoices accurately and within established billing timelines.
• Manage customer receipts, electricity top-ups, and billing records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the recovery team to resolve billing discrepancies and support timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Act as the primary liaison with tenants, addressing billing inquiries, obtaining approvals, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support financial reconciliations, maintain compliance with company procedures, and perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

2. Deputy Manager – Taxation
Qualification: CA Finalist / ACCA Member / ICMA / Master’s in Accounting or Finance
Experience: 8+ years of experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or retail/mall environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timely filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, SST, and all statutory returns.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations, including deferred tax.
• Oversee withholding tax deductions, deposits, and certificate issuance.
• Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, appeals, and coordination with tax authorities (FBR, SRB, PRA, etc.).
• Conduct tax analysis for new business initiatives and review contracts for tax compliance.
• Conduct tax compliance training and manage tax registration/deregistration for outlets.
• Maintain complete tax documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly.
• Prepare periodic tax reports and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants; ensure proper tax accounting in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
