Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 Years of hands-on experience in calibration of Pressure, Temperature, Torque, Force, and Dimension instruments

As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical).
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ hands-on experience in calibration of Pressure, Temperature, Torque, Force, and Dimension instruments.
- Expertise in PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) repair is a must, including dismantling, inspection, reassembly, set pressure testing, and adjustment.
- Expertise in lapping of PSV seats and discs to achieve the required seat tightness is a must.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., API 527, ISO 6789, ISO 376, ISO 7500-1, DKD).
- Working knowledge of calibration methods, reference standards, and traceability for pressure (deadweight testers, gauges, transmitters), torque (torque wrenches, torque testers), force (load cells, proving devices, testing machines), and dimensional (vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, gauge blocks) instruments and temperature.
- Understanding of measurement uncertainty, error, deviation, and calibration traceability.
- Ability to read and interpret calibration procedures, OEM manuals, valve drawings, and technical data sheets.
- Troubleshooting techniques for calibration equipment and valves.
- Accurate recording of calibration data and preparation of calibration reports and certificates.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel), and calibration workflow software.
- Awareness of lab safety practices when working with high-pressure, high-torque, and high-force equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet turnaround time and quality targets.
