The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game, is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team . The Fielding Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the fielding skills of Pakistani National Team Players across both red-ball and white-ball formats .

About Pakistan Cricket Board:
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
Required Education, Competency and Experience:
- Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation .
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers/national/franchisee or international teams.
- Excellent understanding of Fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at the international arena in developing modern Fielding techniques.
- Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities.
- Strong management skills.
- Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
- Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite); Coaching Software would be considered an added qualification.
