This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day business operations, including coordination with distributors, financial reporting, and business development activities.

Executive Assistant to Director Operations – Female
Department: Marketing
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team attendance, daily activities, and task completion.
- Coordinate with distributors for orders, follow-ups, and pending matters.
- Assist in accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain order and sales-related reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and management reports.
- Track team performance and assigned tasks through ERP/software.
