Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Pharm D, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in R&D/formulation of pharma, cosmetics, or nutraceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on formulation development and prototyping, from concept to finished product.
• Lead the setup and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of laboratory equipment.
• Build strong working knowledge of raw materials and ingredients.
• Design stability protocols, conduct stability testing, and evaluate product efficacy and safety throughout the product life cycle.
• Bring an innovation-first mindset to new product development.
• Support product validation and in-process checks as products move into manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to support end-to-end issue resolution across people, formulation, packaging, and manufacturing processes, including root cause analysis and risk assessments.
• Clear and effective written communication, particularly for process documentation and trial-related records.
