Key Responsibilities:

• Drive area sales, ATV, transactions, quantity sold, and category growth.
• Achieve branch profitability and support 100% P&L bottom-line performance.

Assistant Manager – Sales & Forecast Performance (Retail Pharmacy)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, Commercial Planning, or Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate sales forecasts at SKU and regional levels using historical trends, promotions, and seasonality.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, MAPE, and other forecasting KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Driver – Warehouse

Company: DVAGO Pharmacy & Wellness Experts
Location: Warehouse – Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: Valid LTV/HTV Driving License (as applicable)
Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 Years of driving experience with good knowledge of Karachi routes

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe transportation and distribution of stock from warehouse to DVAGO stores in Karachi and Hyderabad.
• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of stock.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock loading and delivery documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid LTV/HTV Driving License (as applicable)
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience
• Good knowledge of Karachi routes
• Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution will be preferred
