Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure optimal performance and uptime of production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
