Senior Management Associate – Compliance

Qualification: BBA, MBA, ACCA (Part Qualified)
Experience: 2 – 3 Years of experience in similar domain, preferably in Mutual Funds or any financial institution

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new account opening requests to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence checks on clients to assess risk profiles and business activities.
• Analyze customer profiles, transactions, and data to evaluate associated risks.
• Report any suspicious activities or transactions to relevant authorities promptly.
• Monitor, interpret, and implement updates from SECP, including the NBFC Rules & Regulations and consolidated SECP Master Circular.
• Verify customer information, including personal details, identification documents, and financial data.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist Compliance team in conducting regular and ongoing screening of customers.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s KYC and AML policies in line with internal and external regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BBA, MBA, ACCA (Part Qualified)
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in similar domain, preferably in Mutual Funds or any financial institution.

Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience: 7 – 10 Years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within asset management, banking, or the broader financial services/fintech sector, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all brand pillars and communication strategy in the form of campaigns, DVCs/TVCs, and PR across all digital and social channels.
• Own the Company’s website content, structure, and user experience, working closely with the Digital/Technology team on platform requirements and enhancements.
• Develop a personalized e-CRM strategy for the website to drive growth and retention, facilitating personalization by leveraging data for optimization across acquisition, active users, and conversion rate.
• Plan, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels for maximum ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct/indirect digital marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within asset management, banking, or the broader financial services/fintech sector, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
