Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Capital Division to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for Head Office, Retail, and other business functions.
• Manage HR operations, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
• Oversee performance management, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Manage compensation, benefits, leave, and employee welfare programs.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop the HR team while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Retail, Fashion, Footwear.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of MS Office and HR systems.
