Shahrukh Qayyum has achieved a significant career milestone with his promotion to Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner at Power Cement Limited. With over 𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, succession planning, people analytics, and performance management, he brings a strong strategic approach to driving people and business outcomes.

Prior to this promotion, Shahrukh served as Senior Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner and Assistant Manager – HR & Operations at Power Cement Limited. His earlier experience at Indus Motor Company Ltd further strengthened his expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR transformation, and high-volume recruitment, including large-scale early talent programs.
