Job Summary:

The role includes ensuring the availability of spare parts, machinery, and skilled manpower to execute maintenance jobs within timelines while minimizing downtime across pumping stations, coal handling systems, and mining equipment. Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans in accordance with OEM recommendations, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability, ensuring HSE compliance, and overseeing on-the-job training programs. The role also supports emergency response and continuous improvement in maintenance procedures and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability of spare parts, machinery, and skilled manpower for timely maintenance execution.
• Minimize downtime across pumping stations, coal handling systems, and mining equipment.
• Develop maintenance plans in accordance with OEM recommendations.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure HSE compliance across all maintenance activities.
• Oversee on-the-job training programs for maintenance teams.
• Support emergency response activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certification in Maintenance Planning or Reliability Engineering.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
