Ayesha Ahsan Promoted to Deputy Manager HRDD Operations at Fruit of Sustainability

Ayesha Ahsan has achieved a significant career milestone with her promotion to Deputy Manager HRDD Operations at Fruit of Sustainability (SMC-Private) Limited. With experience spanning HR operations, grievance management, HRDD assessment, and people management, she brings a strong combination of organizational and psychological expertise to her new role.

Prior to this promotion, Ayesha served as Assistant Manager HRDD Operations and Team Lead HRDD Assessment & Operations at Fruit of Sustainability (SMC-Private) Limited, where she developed expertise in HRDD processes, operational management, assessments, and grievance handling. Her earlier experience as a Child Psychologist at Orion ABA Therapy Pakistan and Educational Consultant at Worldbridge Consultant further strengthened her understanding of people, behavior, and organizational support.

A Gold Medalist in Applied Psychology from COMSATS University Islamabad with a strong foundation in psychological assessment, leadership, and research, Ayesha combines people-focused insight with practical HR expertise.
