Procurement Executive
Company: Skincare Pakistan
Location: Head Office: Banglow 42, Banglore Town, Off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
Experience: 2 – 4 Years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment

Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) requirements based on approved production plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and monitor monthly RM and PM deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and follow up on pending deliveries to prevent production shortages.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams for smooth unloading of incoming materials.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, and ERP transactions.
- Maintain accurate supplier ledgers and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission of supplier invoices to Finance.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Finance, and suppliers for timely issue resolution.
- Support the Assistant Manager Procurement and Manager Supply Chain with departmental assignments and procurement activities.
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
