Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure achievement of planned production targets.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and resources to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
- Maintain production records, analyze operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

2️⃣ Production Executive – Sweets

- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for efficient production.
- Monitor quality, productivity, wastage, and process performance against standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Drive process improvements, ensure SOP/GMP compliance, and prepare production performance reports.
