Manager – Commercial Operations

Qualification: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience: 6 – 8 Years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, Retail, FMCG, Pharmacy, or a similar environment

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, Retail, FMCG, Pharmacy, or a similar environment.
• Strong experience in PO management, supplier coordination, OTIF management, and vendor returns.
• Experience in a multi-location retail or distribution environment will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, Retail Pro, Power BI, or similar systems will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order execution to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Drive supplier On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance to achieve agreed delivery and fulfillment targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth PO execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Manage the end-to-end vendor return process to ensure timely closure, recovery, and minimization of operational losses.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans and product availability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report operational performance to identify risks and drive continuous process improvements.
