1️⃣ Executive DI-Convergence Platform

Reporting To: Senior Manager Convergence Platforms
Job Type: Permanent
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering; MS degree preferred; Certifications in relevant domain will be a plus
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of progressive experience in software development, delivering enterprise-grade applications

Job Purpose:

To design & develop a wide range of applications using .Net Core, MVC, JavaScript, user-friendly UIs and web layouts using HTML and CSS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality, scalable web applications on the Microsoft technology stack and maintain existing web applications using .Net Core framework.
• Create and direct software system testing procedures, documentation, and programming to ensure all software is properly developed and regularly tested for quality assurance.
• Participate in requirements gathering & analysis.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
• Make regular modifications to existing software for error correction, adaptation to new hardware, and to improve overall function and performance.
• Evaluate new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics.
• Supervise other team members, including programmers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure quality work, reliability, overall performance, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Skills – Job Specific:

• Preferably, 3-5 years of development experience.
• UI Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery).
• Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
• Experienced in Microservices, AI, Docker, and other technology integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, quality assurance frameworks, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in mobile app development using Flutter will be a plus.

2️⃣ Assistant Manager Solutions Pre Sales & Project Management

Company: Zong 5G
Department & Function: Govt. & Corporate Sales
Location: Islamabad
Reporting To: Director DICT Center
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline; ACCA/ACMA/CA (part-qualified) would be an advantage
Experience: Preferably 4-6 Years of relevant experience in ICT, telecom, technology, system integration, or project-based business

Job Purpose:

To provide financial and commercial support for the ICT business by evaluating business opportunities, managing project financials, analyzing profitability and costs, and providing timely financial insights to support sound business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project-wise financial models, budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis for ICT business opportunities and projects.
• Support business cases and financial feasibility analysis for DICT Projects and identify cost factors for maximum optimization of profits.
• Review customer RFQs/RFPs/tenders from financial and commercial perspectives, including pricing assumptions, payment terms, taxes, and financial risks.
• Standardize business calculators based on DICT business requirements to ensure minimum human input and to reduce errors.
• Support to optimize DICT process for Financial related matters with proper justification, including changes in 3i1BF Policy.
• Maintain project-wise revenue, cost, margin, and budget trackers and highlight deviations to management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Regional POCs at HQ for financial/commercial matters.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, dashboards for the DICT business.
• Ensure financial/commercial documentation is maintained for audit, management review, and internal controls.
• Perform other financial and analytical assignments related to DICT business as assigned by the Management.

Skills – Job Specific:

• Strong Excel / financial modelling skills.
• Good understanding of P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin, cash flow, and NPV concepts.
• Understanding of project finance and commercial management.
• Ability to analyze BoQs, vendor quotations, pricing, and cost structures.
• Good understanding of GCSS Products/solutions especially DICT business and solutions.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability along with the ability to prepare management dashboards.
• Ability to identify financial/commercial risks rather than merely processing transactions.
• Power BI / data visualization skills would be an advantage.
