Usman Ali Appointed as Assistant Manager HR at Changan Pakistan

Usman Ali has embarked on a new chapter as Assistant Manager HR at Changan Pakistan, bringing valuable experience in HR operations, payroll management, recruitment, and employee development. With a strong focus on process improvement and HR technology, he is set to contribute to organizational effectiveness and workforce development.

Prior to joining Changan Pakistan, Usman served as Senior Executive Human Resources at Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF), where he contributed to HR software implementation, payroll digitization, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee data management. His earlier experience at Pakitex Boards and Bin Hashim Pharmacy & Supermarket further strengthened his expertise in HR administration, employee relations, payroll processing, and talent acquisition.

A Business Administration graduate from Iqra University (Official) and a certified Flow HCM and Smart HCM professional, Usman combines practical HR expertise with a commitment to modernizing people operations.
