Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance across our software products, with a strong focus on banking and financial applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on testing expertise with strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including experience in a QA Lead or senior QA role.
Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
Proven experience in testing banking and financial applications, with a good understanding of financial workflows and transactions.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage QA teams, ensuring effective planning and execution of testing activities.
Strong experience in test strategy, planning, test case design, regression testing, automation, and defect management.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
Ability to take ownership of QA activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality releases.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

2️⃣ Delivery Lead – Data Analytics

Job Summary:

The Delivery Lead will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & Analytics projects, products, and workstreams within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on working knowledge of PySpark and Microsoft Fabric, strong agile delivery experience, and the ability to manage complex dependencies, governance, vendors, stakeholders, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & Analytics projects, products, workstreams, and squads, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, Data Architecture, Platform, and Production Support.
Apply hands-on knowledge of PySpark and Microsoft Fabric to effectively understand technical delivery requirements, dependencies, risks, and challenges.
Manage agile delivery processes including backlog management, sprint planning, sprint governance, release planning, UAT, deployment, and post-production hypercare.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and key deliverables.
Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, delivery metrics, action logs, and executive-level status reports.
Identify delivery risks, blockers, and cross-workstream dependencies and drive timely resolution through appropriate escalation.
Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Support teams to maintain delivery alignment and momentum.
Coordinate UAT activities, defect resolution, release readiness, production deployment, and hypercare support.
Ensure delivery activities comply with enterprise governance, security, operational, audit, and change-control requirements.
Ensure effective documentation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and transition of delivered solutions into support.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery, technology delivery, data engineering, or a closely related field, with significant experience leading complex enterprise-scale initiatives.
Hands-on working knowledge of PySpark and Microsoft Fabric, with the ability to understand and engage with modern data and analytics solutions.
Strong experience coordinating delivery across multiple Data & Analytics products, workstreams, squads, or concurrent projects.
Practical experience with agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint governance, release planning, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Strong experience maintaining integrated delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management, delivery metrics, and executive-level status reporting.
Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, Architecture, Platform, and Support.
Experience coordinating vendor resources, including capacity management, onboarding, offboarding, continuity, and knowledge transfer.
Experience leading Data & Analytics delivery teams for enterprise-scale solutions, preferably within a matrix organization.
Good understanding of data governance, data lineage, data quality, semantic models, and modern data-platform architecture.
Strong ability to translate technical delivery requirements into clear plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Relevant certifications such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL are desirable.
Experience in FMCG or another fast-paced global enterprise environment is desirable.
