We Are Looking For:

An Associate Manager IT Infrastructure & Cloud to support the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments, covering data centers, multi-site networks, virtualization, Azure/Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments including Azure/Google Cloud.
• Oversee data centers, multi-site networks, and virtualization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.
• Ensure cybersecurity across the organization, including firewall management and endpoint protection.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure performance and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for infrastructure-related support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and cloud operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Certifications Preferred: CCNA, Microsoft Azure/AWS Cloud, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewall, Trend AI Endpoint, or equivalent certifications
