Job Description:
- Conduct weekly visits to assigned stores and ensure VM standards are maintained.
- Set up, refresh, and correct displays as per brand guidelines.
- Dress and maintain mannequins according to product categories and launches.
- Review store presentation and promptly address identified VM gaps.
- Collect and report category/product requirements and customer demand insights.
- Brief and guide store teams on VM standards and required actions, including through WhatsApp/video calls.
- Follow up on pending VM activities until closure.
- Prepare and share a weekly PPT/report covering store visits, activities, observations, and improvements.
- Plan visit frequency according to store needs, including monthly visits to low-activity/outlet stores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of store displays, styling, window dressing, and planograms.
