1️⃣ Jr. Supervisor Production

Location: Gujrat
Qualification: DAE Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% achievement of monthly PPC targets.
- Drive process improvement by minimizing rejection and maximizing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and machinery issues.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and machine cleanliness.
- Plan and allocate resources (manpower, machines, and materials) as per operational needs.
Key Requirements:
- DAE Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and resource planning skills.
2️⃣ Executive Production

Location: Gujrat, Pakistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s – Polymer/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of production and quality targets in line with the approved operational plan.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with QMS and HSE standards across all operations.
- Drive steam consumption reduction initiatives through efficient machine operation and resource optimization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong production planning, quality compliance, and process optimization skills.
