Throughout his career at Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC), Shaikh has progressed through key HR leadership roles spanning talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational development. His contributions include managing large-scale workforce operations, leading recruitment initiatives for technical and mining personnel, strengthening employee engagement, and advancing local workforce development through the Khushaal Thar program.
