Rukhsaar Imtiaz Appointed as Senior People & Organization Analyst at LIPTON Teas and Infusions

Rukhsaar Imtiaz has embarked on a new professional chapter as Senior People & Organization Analyst at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. With four years of experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and people management, she brings valuable expertise in employee lifecycle management, organizational development, and workplace engagement.

Prior to joining LIPTON Teas and Infusions, Rukhsaar served at HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions, progressing from Associate to Executive in HR Service Delivery. She also gained experience as an Assistant HR Executive at Portlink International Services and began her HR career through internships at Matco Foods Limited and Portlink. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management and a BBA from Iqra University (Official), where she received multiple inter-university merit-based scholarships.
