Job Description:

Looking for a marketing leader who can build the brand, understand the customer, drive business growth, lead the overall marketing strategy, bringing together creativity, consumer insights, and commercial thinking to grow sales, customer frequency and long-term brand equity.

What You Will Lead:

• Brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plans tied directly to sales and P&L targets.
• Digital and performance marketing, including app, web and aggregator channels, with a sharp eye on CAC, conversion and repeat orders.
• Promotions, menu launches and value platforms that move traffic without eroding margins.
• Consumer insights, data and CRM to understand who orders, when and why.
• Agency, media and partner management, plus close alignment with Domino’s international brand standards.
• A high-performing team that executes fast and learns faster.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Background in QSR, FMCG, retail, e-commerce or consumer businesses.
• Strong experience across brand, digital/performance and CRM.
• A track record of driving customer and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset and AI skills.
• Leadership that combines creativity, pace and execution.

2️⃣ District Manager

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience: 5-8 Years of experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers to deliver strong operational performance across multiple stores.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and people performance across the assigned stores.
• Conduct regular store visits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs to improve productivity and business results.
• Partner with HR and Training to build talent pipelines, strengthen retention, and develop future leaders.
• Support new store openings, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reporting, administrative compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and developing Restaurant Managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and key business KPIs.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
