We are currently hiring for the following positions:
ABAP Developer
Company: Imtiaz Group (Private) Limited
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 2 – 3 Years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development WRICEF (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP certifications in ABAP or Fiori/UI5 (preferred).
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development WRICEF (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms).
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms using ABAP.
- Build and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and Fiori elements.
- Deploy and extend standard SAP Fiori applications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP programs and Fiori apps.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation of developed solutions and technical changes.
2️⃣ Executive – Production

Location: Karachi Warehouse
Qualification: B.S. in Food Sciences
Experience: 6 – 8 Years of total professional experience, with a strong preference for background in food production or manufacturing environments
Deadline: 13th November 2026
Requirements:
- B.S. in Food Sciences.
- Strong working knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- 6 to 8 years of total professional experience, with a strong preference for background in food production or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities to maximize both labor efficiency and machine utilization, ensuring shift targets are met.
- Monitor and minimize production waste, material shortages, and overall operational costs while maintaining strict adherence to the allocated budget.
- Liaise proactively with the maintenance department to troubleshoot equipment failures and expedite repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Streamline manufacturing processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce production delays, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Guide production laborers, foster a collaborative floor environment, and swiftly resolve any operational or interpersonal conflicts that arise.
- Oversee all production-related expenses, maintaining detailed and accurate financial records to ensure fiscal compliance and financial accountability.
3️⃣ Manager – Quality Assurance (Fresh Food)

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology or a closely related discipline
Experience: 10 – 12 Years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety, preferably within supermarket, hypermarket, food retail, or large-scale food operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Deadline: 13th November 2026
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology or a closely related discipline.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety, preferably within supermarket, hypermarket, food retail, or large-scale food operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and fresh food handling, storage, preservation, and shelf-life management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, SOPs, and food safety standards across all fresh food categories, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and HACCP principles.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, hygiene, temperature control, shelf-life management, and proper handling across receiving, storage, processing, and display of fresh food products.
- Conduct regular store inspections and food safety audits, identify gaps, ensure timely corrective actions, and drive consistent implementation of quality standards across all retail outlets.
- Establish quality specifications, evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and ensure all incoming fresh food products meet defined quality and food safety requirements.
- Ensure proper temperature control, cold chain management, hygiene, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Lead and train QA teams and store staff, manage customer quality complaints and food safety incidents, and drive initiatives to reduce waste, spoilage, and quality-related losses.
