Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets for the assigned territory in the Retail Sales department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of field sales experience in Paints, Lubricants, or Chemical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in field-based sales is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
