Ghulam Mustafa Promoted to Manager HRBP at CCL Pharmaceuticals

Ghulam Mustafa (CLLP) has stepped into a new leadership role as Manager HRBP at CCL Pharmaceuticals, bringing extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, industrial relations, and strategic HR business partnering. His expertise in workforce management and employee engagement positions him to strengthen people strategies across the organization.

Previously, Mustafa served as HRBP for Manufacturing & Supply Chain at CCL Pharmaceuticals and held key HR roles at Tapal Tea and Gourmet Foods. He also holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Superior College and has pursued Data Analytics training at Lahore University of Management Sciences.
