Experience: 8 – 12 Years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or consumer goods, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks, and managing nationwide sales operations.
- Strong expertise in distributor management, general and modern trade, team leadership, sales forecasting, and market development.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills, with willingness to travel across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations and drive business growth for the Futé brand.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Manage distributor networks and ensure strong trade relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for management.
- Ensure nationwide sales operations run efficiently and effectively.
