Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ERP systems and related databases.
- Ensure smooth operation of ERP modules and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand ERP requirements.
- Assist in ERP customization, development, and implementation.
- Generate reports and customized dashboards for management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of ERP processes.
