Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies, material losses, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP/Oracle modules, and inventory reporting.
- Ability to analyze stock movements, production yields, material consumption, and waste across manufacturing processes.
- Strong reconciliation, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock records for raw materials, yarn, grey fabric, chemical, and spare part stores.
- Track and analyze process wastage/yields in spinning and weaving to identify and minimize material loss.
- Reconcile raw material usage against final output for every production order to avoid stock leakages.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) stocks and conduct regular floor-level stock reconciliations.
- Oversee store items, spare parts, and chemicals to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Help improve and automate ERP/Oracle inventory modules and streamline inventory SOPs.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and resolve system vs. actual stock variances.
