Dr. Seerat Fatima has been promoted to Associate Professor of Human Resources Management at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. With a Ph.D. in Management from Capital University of Science & Technology, she brings deep expertise in Organizational Development, Positive Organizational Psychology, and HRM.

Beyond academia, Dr. Fatima has made her mark as a Corporate Trainer, HR Consultant, and Leadership Coach. Her consultancy engagements with organizations like KTM Leather, GIZ Pakistan, and Faisal Movers reflect her impact in building HR capacity and driving organizational growth.
