Position: Executive – Industrial Engineering
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Education & Experience:
Qualification: BE/ME in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or textiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) Calculations to establish accurate time standards for production processes.
Optimize production lines through Line Balancing to enhance efficiency and throughput.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), and elimination of the 8 Lean Wastes.
Conduct Data Analysis & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Lead Waste Reduction initiatives to minimize material and process waste.
Drive continuous improvement in processing efficiency using industrial engineering techniques.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of industrial engineering techniques and lean manufacturing concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams to solve problems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
